Electrical Project Manager – £55,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a unique opportunity to lead and grow a profitable region within a national business?

Electrical Testing UK is a nationwide leader in electrical compliance, testing, inspection, and project delivery. Known for our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, we work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, and public sector environments. As part of our strategic growth and regional segregation programme, we are now looking to appoint a dedicated Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of a key region.

This isn't a cold start, you’ll be stepping into a well-established area with a strong client base and healthy turnover. With systems, staff and support in place, the right candidate will have the tools to hit the ground running, drive expansion, and manage the region like their own business.

What We’re Offering:

Base Salary: £55,000 per annum

Bonus: Uncapped profit-based bonus structure

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Full end-to-end management of all electrical projects within the region

Recruiting, leading, and developing your own team of engineers and support staff

Programming and delivering all works to ensure quality, compliance, and profitability

Managing existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities

Controlling budgets, commercial reporting, and resource planning

Operating the region as a standalone division with full operational responsibility

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Electrical Project Manager with commercial and operational acumen

Strong leadership and team development skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Solid understanding of electrical compliance standards and regulations

A proactive, business-minded attitude

Electrical qualifications or equivalent experience
