Job Description:

As anProject Executiveat Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Lead project planning sessions, develop project timelines, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Team Leadership:Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively
• Budget Oversight:Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures are tracked accurately
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Reporting:Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions
• Process Improvement:Continuously assess project processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in [related field, e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering]
• 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
