Your opportunity
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for complex projects. You will ensure that these systems meet both project requirements and industry standards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across software, hydraulics, project management, and production. This role will require you to manage the full electrical design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless flow between design, procurement, and production phases.
What you will do
- Design electrical systems and specify electrical components for a variety of products, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Translate project requirements into integrated and efficient electrical designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and client specifications
- Produce technical deliverables to support procurement, production, and commissioning, enabling the successful execution of turnkey projects
- Actively engage with procurement to ensure that materials and components are ordered and delivered within project timelines
- Visit production facilities to inspect the construction and installation of electrical systems and panels, ensuring adherence to design specifications
- Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure project success and contribute to problem-solving efforts as needed
- Prepare reports to ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What you already have
- +5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the maritime, offshore, or industrial sectors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as EPLAN
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset to tackle design and implementation challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
