Electrical Package Manager - Data Centre (Helsinki, Finland)

We’re working with a market leading Contractor who are seeking an Electrical Package Manager to join their team on the delivery of Hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe. The successful candidate will support the Electrical delivery element of the project in conjunction with the wider project team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise personnel on site.
• Overall responsibility for your Package’s team, labour control and coordination.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintenance of quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures.
• Proven record delivering Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Electrical trade background would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience of managing Electrical project(s)
• Previous experience in Data Centre construction projects
