What You’ll Do

• Lead daily business operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Oversee estimating and bidding to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and strategic
• Perform job audits to track progress, reduce risk, and improve outcomes
• Manage billing and collections processes to keep cash flow on track
• Support field teams and uphold safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Identify and implement operational improvements across the business
• Serve as a key advisor to the owner on financials, performance, and long-term strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical contracting (operations, project management, or estimating)
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, job costing, and billing processes
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with construction/project management software and financial tools
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and decision-making skills
