Summary

• Model Development: Develop and maintain detailed electrical models for components and systems using industry-standard simulation software. * Simulation and Analysis: Conduct simulations to predict the behavior and performance of electrical systems under various conditions. Analyze results to identify potential issues and optimize designs. * Design Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to integrate simulation results into the design process. Propose design modifications based on simulation outcomes to enhance performance and reliability. * Validation and Testing: Validate simulation models through experimental testing and correlation with real-world data. Ensure models are accurate and reliable by comparing simulation results with physical prototypes. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. * Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of models, simulation procedures, and results. Prepare technical reports and presentations for upper management and project teams. * Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in modeling and simulation technologies. Implement new tools and techniques to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency. * Compliance and Standards: Ensure all models and simulations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems. * Specialized Expertise: Apply knowledge of glass core substrates and advanced modeling techniques. Conduct experimental validation and testing to ensure model accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience in electrical modeling and simulation, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. * Proficiency with industry-standard simulation tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
