• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–13 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in wind energy projects.
• Expertise in USS electrical layouts, earthing systems, wind turbine electricals, and interfacing power curves.
• Strong knowledge of electrical loss calculations, power system design, and grid integration.
• Familiar with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and other relevant industry standards.

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for wind energy projects.
• Manage electrical engineering deliverables, timelines, and team coordination across projects.
• Review and optimize electrical layouts for wind farms and substations.
• Conduct and oversee power flow studies, load flow analysis, and fault simulations.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Guide commissioning activities, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide technical leadership during project execution.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and technical documentation review.
• Stay updated with emerging wind energy technologies and drive innovation within the team.
