As Electrical Maintenance Manager, you’re the spark that keeps our production systems running. You’ll be responsible for the electrical and electronic infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge furnaces and production lines.

You lead a team of technicians, teamleaders and engineers, support their growth, and help shape a forward-thinking maintenance strategy, together with your technical director. Responsibilities & Key Tasks
As Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team who will be involved in preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustments and analysis of electrical installations in production. You will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of equipment and systems.
- Lead technicians and engineers with a focus on electrical/electronic maintenance and is responsible for structured staff planning
- Oversee projects related to your department, monitor KPIs and make adjustments where necessary
- Monitor smooth execution of work as well as projects
- Control password management and protocols within the systems
- Conduct effective and connecting communication and collaboration with other departments within the organization
- Participating in company and management meetings and then translating these to the teams on the shop floor
- Manage purchasing needs of the department's technical supplies and resources
- Oversee own budget as well as annual budget preparation
- Develop cost savings and process optimization projects
- Prepare reports on monthly activities and analyze performance data
- Preparing and evaluating investment proposals including cost and feasibility analyses
- Selecting new employees and responding to training needs within the team
- Ensure documentation, archiving and confidential processing of process information
- Contribute to audits
- Perform data-driven evaluations and implement improvement actions
- Monitor assembly of new machines, moves, revisions and modifications
- Reporting to the technical director
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Inpossession of a Bachelor’s degree in electro(mechanical) engineering orequivalent through experience
- Minimum5 years experience in a management role and knowledge of people management
- Experiencewith stock management and budgeting
- Experiencein a production environment
- Fluentin English and Dutch (both spoken and written)
- Knowledgeof SAP and other computer systems
- Strongcommunication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders,with or without cultural nuances affecting this
- Strongorganizational skills and knowledge of preventive maintenanceplans/systems
