Reviewing Contract Documents & pursuing Clarifications. Then, preparing complete Scope of Work with Battery Limits for Electrical & Instrumentation Points. 2. Attending Internal Kick-off meeting with Sales/Proposal Dept. as well as External Kick-off meeting with Client/Consultant. 3. Preparation of all E&I Datasheets, Bill of Material for various types of Panels, IO List, Electrical Load List, based on the Tender Requirement. 4. Selection of the Power, Instrument and Control Cables as per requirement. 5. Co-ordination with Vendors & Vendor Drawing Review for different Electrical & Instrumentation items. 6. Internal co-ordination with various function for smooth execution of Project. 7. Preparing the Cable Schedule, Cable Tray Layout. Earthing Layout, Lighting Layout and Wiring Diagram for the various type of Panels. 8. Developing and maintaining Library (Electrical & Instrumentation Portion) for easy accessibility. 9. Preparation of Inquiry for all Electrical & Instrumentation Items. 10. Finalization of the PLC Panel/SCADA orders, MCC Panel orders, Instruments orders, Cables & Cable Trays orders and other Electrical items.

B.Tech/B.E./Instrumentation

Shall be able to discuss in Verbal and Mail Communication in English & Hindi. 2) Shall be good in Follow-up & Communication. 3) Ready to travel for technical meeting with Client/Consultant across India. 4) Positive attitude towards work. 5) Ownership to take the task.
