They have an opportunity available for a licensed Electrical Engineer to assume the role of Electrical Group Manager in the Arizona office.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer with engineering team management experience in renewable energy projects, particularly large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. The candidate will perform a variety of assignments requiring the application of electrical engineering and design techniques for large-scale solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage projects, and be familiar with HV engineering. The role will be to provide responsive, diligent, and collaborative support to our clients in the renewable energy industry.
In This Role, You Will:
Serve as the responsible technical engineer
Ensure quality and workflow — not estimates or drawings
Interpret and enforce client specs and standards
Train and grow a high-performing team
Required Experience:
3-5 Years of Experience as an Electrical Engineer
Electrical PE License (in Arizona, or the ability to obtain)
PV and BESS design in large-scale renewables (100MW+)
Leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
Direct client interaction and communication
Overseeing project and technical QA/QC
