About the Company

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Subang. This position involves providing Electrical technology support across various teams, ensures the indication of the system equipment failure for timely fault removing and the normal operation of the system。

Responsibilities

• Formulate and verify equipment management related documents, develop and improve equipment management processes
• Responsible for the company's equipment planning and selection, and determine the technical requirements and indicators that meet the process requirements
• Responsible for submitting technical schemes, design drawings and material tables. Responsible for the technical guidance and quality supervision of site construction, as well as the summary and arrangement of completed drawings and materials
• Organize personnel to repair faulty equipment and provide technical support for maintenance personnel
• Responsible for equipment failure analysis, provide equipment failure related graphic reports, formulate improvement measures
• Make annual and monthly equipment maintenance plans, make equipment spot inspection and parameter inspection lists, and guide equipment maintenance
• Prepare and report equipment spare parts procurement plan, and promote equipment procurement process
• Formulate rules and measures for energy consumption management, and coordinate other departments to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance
• Participated in organizing 5S of the department, and supervised the safety management of equipment personnel
• Develop personnel training plans and materials, and conduct equipment knowledge training for equipment maintenance personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years experience in commissioning and on-site problem solving, major in science and technology;
• Familiar with Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron and other PLC programming;
• Familiar with Chinese and English is preferred;
• Working experience in automobile manufacturing industry is preferred。
