Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Engineer in Renewable Energy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing renewable energy systems and solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, project management skills, and a passion for sustainable energy technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that contribute to a greener future. Duties Electrical Design: Create and review electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for solar and energy storage systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety codes. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams on system design optimization. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance during project installation, testing, and commissioning. Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring efficient system performance. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications in both English and Chinese. Assist in translating technical materials and facilitating bilingual communication.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support project execution and customer requirements. Qualifications - Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the solar, energy storage, or renewable energy industry. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar) Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) to support bilingual communication and documentation. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical system design, including PV systems, battery storage, and grid interconnection. Familiarity with UL, NEC, and IEEE standards. - Preferred: Certification: A Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification is a plus. Software Skills: Experience with PV design platforms is preferred. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
