ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - LEVEL I

(Salary, full-time, M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm)

ASIC Corporation, a West Chester, Ohio based motion control distributor & systems integration firm, is now accepting resumes for qualified Electrical Engineers. We are searching for an Electrical Engineer who will assist in creating and updating electrical drawing packages, design and implementation of various hardware and software solutions for VFDs, HMIs, PLCs and Coordinate design activities with other multi-discipline team members.

***Must live in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky to be eligible***

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• or related field
• or proven industry knowledge/experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Excellent technical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to self manage project hours, schedules, and deadlines.
  

The Preferred Candidate Will Possess The Following

• Industry experience at any level.
• Understanding of UL 508A standards.
• A UL 508A Manufacturer Technical Representative (MTR) Program certificate.
• Communications protocols with: AB Ethernet I/P, Devicenet, Bacnet.
• HMI programming skills with software such as: AB FactoryTalk, ViewSE, Proficy.
• Servo & VFD Drive Controls: AB, Control Techniques, ABB.
• PLC programming on: AB, Siemens, Idec.
