Sr. Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead our design team in delivering innovative electrical systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and will be responsible for ensuring that our designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for various projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client specifications.
• Conduct power system studies, lighting design, and control system design to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, utilizing Revit and other design software.
• Perform photorealistic rendering of lighting designs to aid in project visualization and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with LEED standards and other sustainability practices within electrical design projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in electrical engineering design.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software is essential.
• Strong understanding of LEED principles and sustainable design practices.
• Experience in lighting design, lighting control systems, and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
