POSITION IS LOCATED IN TULSA, OKLAHOMA - 5K relocation bonus

The Senior Electrical Engineer is a licensed professional responsible for overseeing technical aspects of medium and low voltage power distribution in industrial facilities. This role supports all project phases including bidding, design, engineering, procurement, and construction. It involves technical execution, leadership, quality control, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Engineer of Record for medium to large industrial EPC projects, including sealing design documents and leading studies
• Execute detailed engineering tasks: design, equipment selection, safety review, coordination, and planning
• Provide team leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance
• Supervise and direct project teams as needed
• Engage directly with clients and manage stakeholder relations
• Develop project proposals and provide progress reports
• Support the Director of Electrical Engineering with assigned tasks

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Independent project management experience
• Expertise in medium and low voltage power distribution systems
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Decision-making authority on significant project issues
• Familiarity with SKM or ETAP software (preferred)
• Knowledge of three-phase motor controls, including VFDs and reduced voltage drives
• Experience in oil and gas treatment/processing (a plus)
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering
• 5+years of engineering experience, primarily in oil and gas
