A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support the development of advanced sensor systems for hydrogen-based energy solutions. This role focuses on enabling digital services for electrolyzer stacks through robust data acquisition and sensor integration.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of electrical and sensor systems used in industrial environments. This includes working closely with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure the solution meets both technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical and sensor development process from requirements engineering to validation.
• Collaborate with sensor suppliers to develop a certified, series-ready solution.
• Ensure compliance with CE and ATEX certification requirements.
• Coordinate with international teams and customers to deliver a market-ready product.

Your Profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience in sensor development for industrial or automotive applications.
• Strong knowledge of requirement engineering, FMEA, HARA, and functional safety.
• Proficient in electronics, embedded software, and measurement methodologies.
• Familiar with industrial PLC communication protocols.
• Understanding of directives such as LVD, ATEX, and EMC in the context of CE compliance.
• Skilled in managing supplier and customer relationships to ensure successful product delivery.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in time-critical development environments.
• Fluent in English.
