Role Description:

The Electrical Engineer directly reports to Electrical Lead, who manages Capital Projects /Detailed Design electrical Engineering jobs. As an engineer you will need to collaborate and support the team based on demand and submit qualitative drawings and reports on time. As an electrical engineer, your role is essential for successful project execution. You will need to provide timely and accurate project information; support decision making and ensure project performance aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development of Electrical Drawings –SLD’s, wiring diagrams, cable routing layouts, lighting & earthing layouts etc. based on Scope & inputs provided.

• Design & development of I/O list, instrument loop diagrams, instrument location layouts, JB connection diagrams & PLC enclosure layouts etc.

• Collaborate with inter disciplines to get the required inputs to update the drawings. • Ensure quality of the drawings as per Eastman Standards. Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate with 4-6 years’ experience in electrical design & detail engineering in Oil & gas/Chemical/refinery industry.

• Expertise in AutoCAD/MicroStation tool

• Hands on experience in designing the electrical and instrumentation drawings like single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, GA’s, Panel drawings, cable routing drawings, loop diagrams & connection diagrams etc. External Use

• Familiar with electrical design calculations (Cable& conduit sizing, Transformer sizing, lighting calculations, earthing etc.)

• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Good at communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good knowledge on understanding the Hight voltage/substation single line diagrams and work experience on ETAP software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge or working experience on tools like AVEVA instrumentation & AVEVA E3D is an added advantage.
