What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. * A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. * 15+ years of experience in electrical systems design, preferably in consulting. * Expertise in power distribution, substation hardware, system modeling, and NEC standards. * Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and deliver results.
