Design control systems, including panel layout, wiring schematics, write PLC programs for various in-house equipment and automation.
Work closely with the Maintenance department to troubleshoot and support existing equipment.
Develop and write operating, setup, maintenance procedures.
In partnership with the production team, review equipment efficiency and utilization to help identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
Design improvements to existing equipment and processes.
Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is required
10 years minimum experience with manufacturing controls
Robotic programming
PLC & HMI programming
Strong electrical knowledge
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Proficiency with 2D CAD software (3D a plus)
Mechanical aptitude
Analytical skills
Machine vision a plus
Detailed oriented
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Salary: $90000 - $110000 per year
