Position Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to achieve project goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors, to ensure project success.
- Prepare engineering reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction or electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
