Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for production and packaging processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other control systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on plant machinery and equipment.
• Lead and support CAPEX projects involving electrical or automation elements.
• Ensure all systems and modifications comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of control systems and electrical schematics.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is a plus.
