This role will manage a team of nine personnel supporting the methanol production plant in the area's of Instrumentation, Electrical and Analyzer's on site.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skillset:

• 10 years of experience working in a chemical plant, refinery or LNG operation in the field of instrumentation and/or electrical work
• At least 5 years of experience managing craft personnel in the area's of instrumentation, electrical and analyzers in a plant environment
• AAS degree in Instrumentation with 10 years work experience and some supervisor experience (experience can be considered in lieu of the degree)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change and performance in the team
