📄 Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Electrical and Embedded Systems Software Trainer to deliver hands-on training to engineering students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching key industrial software tools and embedded systems development from basic to advanced levels.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical sessions on:
• Embedded Systems and IoT (Microcontrollers, C/C++, Firmware Development)
• MATLAB and Simulink (Modeling, Simulation, Control Systems)
• AutoCAD Electrical (Wiring Diagrams, Control Circuit Design)
• ETAP (Power System Analysis)
• PCB Design Tools (Proteus, Altium Designer, Eagle)
• Circuit Simulation (PSpice, LTSpice)
• Design and update course content, assignments, and mini-projects.
• Mentor students to build real-world projects during the training.
• Prepare students for industry certifications (if applicable).
• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and support external projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, software updates, and technology trends.

📋 Required Skills and Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Embedded Systems (Microcontrollers like ARM, STM32, PIC, Arduino).
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink for control systems and modeling.
• Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical for electrical drawing and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with ETAP software for electrical power systems.
• PCB designing knowledge with Proteus, Altium Designer, Eagle.
• Circuit simulation experience with PSpice/LTSpice.
• Good programming skills in C/C++ for embedded applications.
• Ability to handle both classroom and project-based training formats.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience with the listed software tools.
• Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
