About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Vlocity Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform development, with a strong focus on Vlocity (Salesforce Industries). This is a leadership role that involves hands-on configuration and development while also mentoring junior team members and ensuring successful project Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions for clients.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Aura, and LWC.
• Design and develop Vlocity-specific components including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices/Procedures, and OmniScripts.
• Work closely with Solution and Technical Architects to translate designs into functional solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirement gathering, low-level design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Handle integration tasks and work extensively with JSON and REST-based services.
• Deploy OmniScripts and other Vlocity components across environments using DevOps tools (e.g., Vlocity IDX).
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with Agile methodologies, including grooming user stories, sizing story points, and sprint participation.
• Map Salesforce functionality to business requirements across Sales, Service, Community, and Commerce Clouds.
• Provide post-production support and contribute to continuous improvement of the Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, or MCA.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
• Strong expertise in Force.com development using APEX, VisualForce, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Deep knowledge of Vlocity features such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Cards Framework.
• Experience in telecom domain CRM implementations (CPQ, Order Management, Product Modeling, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools, especially Vlocity IDX.
• Excellent command over Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UI design.
• Proficient in Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong SQL and RDBMS knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-interfacing skills.
