Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Provide consultations to prospective students, helping them explore study opportunities in Turkey.

•⁠ ⁠Offer detailed information on university programs, admission requirements, and the application process.

•⁠ ⁠Facilitate communication between students and Turkish universities to ensure smooth follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and review application documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Stay informed about trends in international education to give relevant advice to students.

•⁠ ⁠Help organize informational sessions and promotional events to engage prospective students.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement thoughtful strategies to support student enrollment and engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Meet recruitment KPIs related to student numbers, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Track and report weekly on the number of calls, consultations, applications, and conversions.

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of outreach activities and follow structured reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in any field.

•⁠ ⁠Located in or willing to relocate to BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to take initiative and develop creative strategies to achieve goals.

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Adaptable and proactive, with effective problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of international education systems is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience with Turkish university admissions is preferred but not required.
