š§ Role Responsibilities
As an Education Sales Consultant, you'll help students make confident decisions about studying abroad. You'll manage the sales process end-to-end, from the first conversation to enrollment.
Consult and advise students & parents via phone, WhatsApp, and video calls.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable study destinations and programs.
Close sales by converting warm leads into paid enrollments.
Use CRM tools to manage daily tasks, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Regularly attend and contribute to seminars, webinars, and offline events.
Meet assigned sales targets and strive to exceed them consistently.
š What Youāll Need
1+ year of experience in direct sales, preferably in education or B2C sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelorās degree (any discipline).
Self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
Openness to working flexible hours, especially during events.
