We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Education Program Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for our domestic customers and global distributor network. This role will be
central to building scalable, impactful training programs that align with our business goals and customer success initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure training content empowers distributors to effectively sell and support our products across a diverse set of international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design: Lead the design and development of blended training programs that align with VAS’s Value-Added Reseller (VAR) models, incorporating best practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of our global distributor network. Ensure content is adaptable to various learning styles and regional markets.
- Content Development: Create high-quality educational content, including in-app tutorials, online courses, video tutorials, manuals, and interactive learning materials. Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and adaptable for international audiences while remaining easily translatable.
- Standardization & Localization: Establish consistent, standardized training frameworks while working closely with regional teams to localize content for cultural, linguistic, and regulatory differences in regions such as Russia, the Baltics, Asia, South America, and EU markets.
- Program Implementation: Organize and execute quarterly training sessions for distributors, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms to maximize accessibility. Conduct live training sessions and webinars as required, ensuring global reach.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Design assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback and metrics to continuously refine and improve the curriculum, content delivery, and participant engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and marketing to align training materials with current product offerings, sales strategies, and market demands. Ensure the educational programs contribute to sales enablement and support objectives.
- Reporting: Track training performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Share insights with leadership to align on key outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful blended training programs for diverse, international audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly within the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) model.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology, learning management systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to deliver training and collaborate with regional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Dairy background and experience with DairyComp strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Camtasia, Storyline, Pendo, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on designing educational experiences that drive measurable results.
- Analytical ability to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and measure ROI.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs, market conditions, and regional requirements.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally and with diverse global teams.
