Job Title: Editorial Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in NYC

Duration: 6 Months Contract

About the Role:

Client's Editorial Productions team is seeking a detail-oriented Editorial Project Manager to support sponsorship and design deliverables. This role will focus on tactical project execution—managing timelines, stakeholders, and creative workflows to ensure the successful delivery of internal and sponsored editorial content.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project execution across editorial sponsorships and design workstreams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, and marketing
• Track deliverables, surface risks, and communicate status updates clearly
• Ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with creative and brand standards
• Maintain project documentation and organize tasks using Airtable and Google Suite
• Partner closely with global design teams

Required Skills:

• 2–5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in creative or editorial environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
• Understanding of creative workflows (design, editorial, marketing content)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced settings

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45- $50/hr. on W2. Benefits will be available, and details are available at the following links:
