Universe Scientific Publishing Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore in June, 2011 with a global orientation. The core business of the company focuses on publication of academic journals and organization of international academic conferences.

Role Description

• Collect, research, and organize data from various professional academic databases, and ensure the proper indexing and inclusion of company products in relevant international databases.
• Plan, prepare, and implement the submission of new scientific content products developed by the company.
• Standardize and improve the overall quality of assigned English scientific journal products, maintain communication with third-party industry standard organizations, and ensure smooth product operations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the content of the company’s official website.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments, and handle tasks such as translation, organization, and summarization of manuscripts.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or above.
• Work Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience or internships in translation (Chinese-English), publishing, academic journals, or professional editing.
• Other Requirements: Strong writing and editing skills, good communication and coordination abilities, proficiency in basic office software, and a strong sense of responsibility and mission.
• Applicant must know Chinese.
