Position Summary: The eDiscovery Project Manager is a proactive, detail-oriented individual leading and managing complex eDiscovery projects. The role requires hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery, and will demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role is responsible for coordinating across internal teams and external clients to ensure the successful execution of eDiscovery workflows from initiation through completion. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; certifications related to eDiscovery platforms are highly desirable (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator). * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Project Manager or similar role. * Proficiency with Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery is required. * Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet tight deadlines. Job Duties: * Manage end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery projects, including data processing, hosting, review, production, and project closure. * Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting client expectations. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives. * Perform quality control checks and data validation throughout project phases. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively to maintain project momentum. * Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on eDiscovery tools and best practices. * Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality.
