Required Technology Skills

• Ability to build and maintain Windows Servers - both virtual and physical
• Experience providing Tier 2/3 support on an eDiscovery platform (Clearwell, Relativity, Veritas)
• Understanding of how platforms connect and communicate with MS Exchange
• Experience maintaining applications on the back end while supporting users on the front end
• Deep understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories.
