Summary

Fuelerate – Ecommerce Website Designer

If you have a passion for web design for e-commerce brands, this role is for you. To be considered, your portfolio should reflect strong creative direction, branding skills, and/or experience with e-commerce-focused design.

About Us

Fuelerate is a growth partner agency for Shopify e-commerce brands. We help clients scale through paid advertising, creative strategy, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). We believe in the power of design that not only looks great but converts.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Website Designer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in designing standout web and landing pages that are conversion-focused. You don’t need deep CRO experience upfront — if you’ve got great taste, a sharp creative eye, and branding chops, we can teach you CRO if you possess web design experience. What matters is your ability to think smart, adapt fast, and design at a high level. We want more of that WOW factor, without sacrificing the CRO edge.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-converting landing pages
  • Lead visual branding direction across client assets and campaigns
  • Use Figma as your main workspace for UX/UI design and layout
  • Balance aesthetic with performance — making things look great and work well
  • Grow your skills in CRO, guided by our experienced team

What You Bring

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding ideally in the e-commerce space
  • Solid Figma skills and a good understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • 2+ year working on marketing or performance-focused design
  • Excellent taste — clean, smart design sensibility is key
  • Willingness to learn CRO concepts and apply them effectively
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Shopify or DTC brands

Why Fuelerate?

We value growth — in performance, creativity, and people. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Remote, flexible work
  • Open vacation policy
  • Access to training & mentorship
  • Opportunities to evolve your role as the company scales
  • A collaborative team that values your ideas and creative input

Challenges

You’ll need to absorb and apply new CRO principles quickly, translate complex ideas into intuitive designs, juggle feedback across time zones, and contribute to a design standard that’s both visually impressive and performance-driven.

The Details

  • Part-Time to Start: 20 hours/week
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Full time Rapid Scale: To 40 hours/week
  • Compensation: 18,000-20,000 EUR at full time

Ready to Join?

If you’re a smart, driven designer with great taste — whether or not you know CRO yet — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply with your LinkedIn profile or send your CV and portfolio directly.
