Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven eCommerce Product Analyst to join our digital team. This role will be responsible for analyzing product performance across our eCommerce channels to support strategic decisions related to merchandising, pricing, customer behavior, and inventory optimization.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, merchandising analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience working with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs and consumer behavior analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.


Responsibilities:

Data Analysis

  • Website trend analysis (full site scope) Revenue, Traffic, CVR, UPTS, AOV, etc. against Forecast
  • Margin analysis and top/bottom sellers report and profitability
  • Customer behavior analytics report (weekly)
  • Onsight analysis of key site behavioral metrics on HP, LPs, Features, etc.
  • Deeper analysis into our cohort tracking
  • New customers vs existing
  • Promo customer cohorts (NHB Sale, BFCM, etc)
  • Key POC for Triple Whale data and ownership


Product performance tracking

  • Seasonal and Core product performance tracking
  • Sales, ST%, WOS, markdown cadence tracking
  • YoY Product performance and trend tracking
  • Weekly Seasonal ST report


UX/UI reporting

  • More robust customer behavioral analysis
  • A/B testing tool reporting and frequent share out
  • Site metric report and usability testing


Customer Insights

  • Lead consumer feedback loop through surveying, incentivized programs, etc.
  • Partner with Customer Service to identify product trends both positive and negative
  • Be a voice in our promotional calendar using trend data and product/inventory to drive efficient ST


SEO/Listing Optimizations

  • Partner with Director of eCommerce on SEO and Listing optimizations reporting and tracking
  • Develop monthly SEO tracker against industry baselines
  • Technical, Content + rankings


Market Research

  • Perform competitive analysis regularly
  • Website, promotional cadence, emails/SMS, UX/UI
  • Use digital Tools (SEM Rush as an example) to track keywords and trends within the industry and search landscape


Amazon

  • Reporting and analysis on marketplace growth
  • Partner with Power Digital on a dashboard from NOVA on a share out basis
