Summary

We’re on the lookout for a strategic, data-led E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and executing ROI-focused ad campaigns. This role requires both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to boost brand visibility, drive sales, and ensure a seamless e-commerce experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce Management:

  • Manage and optimise listings across our website (Shopify) and other marketplaces (if any).
  • Ensure accurate product uploads, descriptions, categorisation, and inventory sync.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Improve UI/UX, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV) on our store.
  • Set up seasonal/occasion-based collections and promotional banners.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop audience segmentation, lookalike strategies, and retargeting funnels.
  • Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, etc.
  • Optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with the content team for creatives aligned with the campaign goals.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Regularly track, analyse, and report performance metrics.
  • Use insights to improve future strategies and recommend product opportunities.
  • Understand customer behaviour and identify trends through tools like GA4, Meta Analytics, and Shopify Analytics.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and customer journeys.
  • Hands-on with campaign tracking, UTM, remarketing, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (like Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and basic design skills is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
