Collect sales data, user behavior data, and market data from multiple channels such as social media, e-commerce platforms, databases, third-party tools, and conduct pre-processing such as cleaning, de-duplication, and conversion to enrich tracking capabilities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Identify and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data sources.
Use statistical methods and analysis tools to deeply dig and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to user purchasing behavior and preferences. Identify hot products, high-value customer groups, customer retention, etc.
Based on business objectives, business strategies and operational actions, evaluate the positive and negative effects of strategies and contribution to the achievement of business goals, help the business to carry out current situation exploration, strategy iteration optimization, special research, industry planning exploration and other analysis work, put forward decision-making suggestions, and recover strategy results
Through the analysis of user data, build user portraits, support the development of personalized marketing strategies and recommendations for different user groups, and improve user engagement and purchase conversion rate
Based on the results of data analysis, provide data support and decision-making suggestions for business departments such as product category, marketing promotions, customer service to formulate business objectives and plans, and track and evaluate the implementation results
Establish and support the standardization of KPIs and measures, ensuring consistency across the organization according to business needs, such as sales, conversion rate, customer unit price, repurchase rate, etc.
Develop and present regular reports on key metrics, performance trends and user engagement to stakeholders.
Create visual reports and dashboards to monitor service indicators in real time or on a regular basis to detect and warn of anomalies in a timely manner
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce analytics.
Data training and empowerment, organize relevant teams to conduct training on data product concepts, data frameworks, skills and tools, and promoted the data-driven operation of business departments
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide insights to support their objectives.
Train and support team members and cross-functional teams to support self-service analytics.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Have the knowledge framework of building data index system, and have the experience of building index system and successful implementation
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and make recommendations to various stakeholders
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Understanding of ecommerce business operations and trends.

Experience:
More than 5 years of data analysis experience, with e-commerce B/C end product analysis or operation experience is preferred
Master basic data analysis methods, have certain experience in data landing into the business, and have professional ability to write analysis reports
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
