Overview

We are seeking a full-time eCommerce Analyst in our Santiago, Chile location. In this role, you will be responsible for the correct processing of purchases made through the online channel and will have a deep understanding of the Magento sales system, as well as all the systems used by Garmin to generate electronic documents. The use of Excel at an advanced level, management of sales systems, communication skills and teamwork will be fundamental within daily functions.

Essential Functions

• Work collaboratively with the operations team to send the orders to the warehouse on a daily basis and ensure they are successfully received
• Lead customers/companies in order to give the best product options to purchase, even if they are low or high-volume sales
• Process and track orders daily as well as daily sales tracking
• Send marketing email in promotional campaigns
• Perform product registration on site for customers
• Receive calls and messages constantly from customer to give products recommendations with the objective to achieve the budget sale
• Manage business quotations (high volume sales), mailbox ([email protected]), and Chat Box
• Ensure high level of customer´s satisfaction
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, inventory availability, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Answer and handle customer phone calls and emails to ensure customer requests are processed
• Accurately enter orders into Oracle, verifying that customer purchase orders match Oracle orders & communicate any variances to customer
• Communicate with Order Analyst, Production, Sales, Shipping, Warehouse and any other associates needed to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries

Basic Qualifications

• College/Technical Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience with websites and Magento system knowledge
