Summary

We are looking for an experienced E2E Lead Testing Engineer that can own and help

us test our customer implementations quickly, efficiently, and accurately as part of our

Q2C transformation program. You will be driving and working as part of a global

Guidewire testing team that will own the design, development, and maintenance of

automated and manual testing frameworks. You will work closely with our business and

engineering teams (Salesforce, Oracle, and Middleware teams) to ensure timely

completion of the testing efforts and our software works as designed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to own and lead a QA program that has individual workstream testleads

from requirement analysis to meeting deadlines

  • Experience being the point of contact working with internal automation teams on

priority of automations

  • Ability to develop and own process for tracking, triaging, and reporting defects
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-workstream testing strategy, test

plan including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance

testing (UAT)

  • Ability to own collaboration of test case creation, execution and bug tracking or

each phase of the program.

  • Extensive experience in designing and writing manual test scripts (Minimum 7+

Years)

  • Experienced in automated testing tools e.g. Provar Testing tools to develop

automated test scripts.

  • Experienced in testing CRM, ERP and integrated boundary applications
  • Ensure the development of test cases and scenarios for integration points,

including positive, negative, boundary, and edge cases.

  • Experience using a software defect tracking system like JIRA
  • Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders

to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices, including code

reviews and test design documentation.

  • Experience working with internal development teams and customers to

understand business objectives and functional requirements

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to enable fast implementations and

continuous feedback loops.

  • Ability to work independently within a team
  • Ability to prioritize work effort based on a dynamic work environment.
