DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the work plans for the school E-Learning program relative to online technology;
Facilitates, coordinates, and manages the use of the learning management system of the institution;
System data monitoring and management in addition to the administrative maintenance of the institutional learning management system administrative console to ensure efficient implementation of system changes;
Administers and provides evaluation tools pertaining to the strategic plans, goals and programmatic activities related to the use of the online learning management system of the school;
Supports the development of related policies and procedures on online learning management platform in coordination with the HEU Deans, BEU, Principals, and unit heads of relevant offices;
Coordinates the necessary technical support in the operation of the online learning management platform or equipment;
Develops and implements plans that address accessibility in online instruction, including problem-solving to address accommodation requests from students or faculty;
Coordinates the training and technical assistance needed for faculty and appropriate personnel to effectively use the online learning management platform and related programs;
Coordinates the development and maintenance of related resources and materials to support the successful delivery of the online learning instruction and services through webpage, production of related videos, graphic materials, etc.;
Participates in the development and administration of applicable policies, strategic plans, goals and programmatic activities pertaining to e-learning program of the school; and
Evaluates projects and proposals on e-learning programs ensuring the integration of activities with the College's online and operational functions in coordination with the BEU and HEU administrators.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 school years of successful full-time service in both basic education and higher education institution
With leadership experience in administrative management and operations of an online learning management system such as Canvas, Google Workspace for Education, and other online technology programs, applications, and software
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree (preferably in Education, IT, Instructional Tech)
Technical proficiency in LMS such as Canvas, GWE, data-driven, instructional strategies for online learning excellent communication and collaboration skills
