As part of its continued global expansion, we are seeking to appoint an E-Learning Curriculum Manager to our Academy and E-learning team in Galway, Ireland. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years and is now at a pivotal point to scale its offerings. This role is critical to expanding the companies educational and instructor programs worldwide and making science-based breathing techniques universal and accessible to all.
Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Academy and E-learning, the successful candidate will oversee the development, management, delivery, and evaluation of all educational content and instructor certification programs. They will combine a deep understanding of learning, e-learning, and development to deliver transformative experiences to diverse audiences. This is a role for someone who is passionate about learning and committed to excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
- Manage development of the curriculum pipeline for new courses and trainings in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Clinic International programs
- Oversee creation of course and training materials and provide feedback to ensure these align with the organization’s standards.
- Coordinate recordings and filming sessions to ensure consistency and to offer curriculum-related feedback as needed.
- Manage the implementation of new courses and trainings on the learning management system.
- Manage all programs across various platforms (digital, live, hybrid).
- Oversee and support delivery of in-person trainings ensuring smooth course operations.
- Direct the process of performing quality assurance across courses and trainings and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate the translation of educational content to expand the reach of programs into new cultures and regions.
- Ensure new courses and trainings meet accreditation standards where applicable and oversee accreditation process for these.
- Maintain existing content and oversee the implementation of content changes and updates to courses and trainings.
Learning Platform and Technology
- Promote innovation by researching and integrating new technologies on the learning platform to enhance learning experiences, streamline content delivery, and tailor programs for diverse audiences.
- Lead team efforts to brainstorm, create, and adopt new teaching modalities across programs to enhance learning and learner engagement.
- Drive efficiency by adapting new technologies including AI tools to optimise internal workflows and processes.
- Liaise with the learning management system partners and oversee updates and implementation of new features and functionality to the system.
Strategy
- Contribute to the long-term planning of the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Clinic Interational Programs, including research, topic selection, identification of teaching leads, and accreditation requirements.
Management
- Recruit and lead communication with teaching leads, content reviewers, and other contributors.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless program integration, delivery, and user experience.
- Mentor future Academy and E-learning team members providing guidance on processes and procedures and giving expertise and feedback where needed.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding of Academy and E-learning team members.
Research
- Carry out evaluations on the learning effectiveness, engagement, and experience of new and existing courses and trainings.
- Generate periodic reports on key performance indicators for courses and trainings and recommend areas for improvement based on this analysis.
Basic qualifications
- An earned bachelor's degree, ideally in learning and development, instructional design, instructional technology (or a related field) and/or at least 4 years' professional experience in LMS management and e-learning content creation.
- Advanced proficiency in digital learning tools, platforms, and methodologies.

- This role is based at our Galway office. We value regular on-site collaboration and team presence, but occasional remote work may be possible.
