Summary

We are looking to hire a Shipstation Specialist to join our growing team full-time. We are looking for a long-term, enthusiastic and organized team member committed to growing with us and making an impact in this industry. No employment agencies, no free-lance please, only serious candidates apply.

Our offices are located in the heart of Burbank near the empire center. We have a young, fun and fast paced team, offering paid time off, bonuses, sick leave, vacations, catered lunches and more.

You will be working directly with our shipping team on a daily basis to process and manage shipments for thousands of orders using SHIPSTATION. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in a similar capacity. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is extremely MOTIVATED, wants to WORK, and is VERY detail oriented. SHIPSTATION experience is an absolute MUST.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing, printing and managing orders on Shipstation
  • Receive/check-in deliveries
  • Perform quality control checks on inventory received
  • Work closely with our team of customer support representatives on order issues, changes, cancellations, etc

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years e-commerce shipping/management experience
  • Must have 3+ years experience using Shipstation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • EXTREMELY detail oriented
  • Familiarity with various shopping cart platforms, especially Shopify
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay and other market places is a plus!

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.
