Responsible for e-commerce platform commodity management, online store commodity link maintenance, commodity price update and site activity registration
Responsible for user orders, manage the whole path from pre-order to delivery and after-sales, improve user experience and store dynamic score with professional ability and positive attitude
Participate in the planning and implementation of e-commerce activities for different marketing nodes, be familiar with the traffic attributes, advertising and marketing projects of Tmall, and help achieve the company's market objectives with operation capabilities
Assist e-commerce sales data analysis, inventory management, product analysis, product planning and other work, complete daily or weekly reports
Through the monitoring of the industry electricity store, timely adjust and estimate the store goods configuration, in order to promote sales performance
Requirement
More than 1 year working experience in e-commerce operation, with Tmall/Jingdong/Douyin and other store operation experience is preferred
Have experience in participating or executing large-scale e-commerce marketing activities, and understand the brand marketing model in the new era
Have a certain description ability and aesthetic ability
Have strong language expression, communication skills, fully understand the needs, with simple English communication and written skills
Have a high sense of responsibility and strong learning ability, have a sense of team work
Fashion, fashion, beauty and other related work experience or hobby is preferred
