We are seeking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager to oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that drive sales for our in-house beauty brands across DTC websites and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace).
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries and a strong understanding of how to grow e-commerce brands in the modern digital landscape.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage e-commerce strategies across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms.
Plan and execute paid advertising strategies (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, etc.).
Manage product listings, promotions, and merchandising for DTC and marketplace platforms.
Work with our creative and branding teams to optimize product assets, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Analyze e-commerce metrics and report on KPIs related to traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and overall growth.
Coordinate marketplace logistics such as fulfillment, returns, promotions, and customer service needs.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new marketplace opportunities.
Requirements
3-5 years of e-commerce marketing experience, preferably within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize ROI.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Must be available for in-office or hybrid work (Los Angeles).
