Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming our e-commerce platforms into market leaders? We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to spearhead the commercial execution of our Direct to Consumer e-commerce platforms like baristina.com and Philips.pl. In this role, you will coordinate product implementations, collaborate with global teams, and ensure alignment with digital marketing strategies. You'll also play a pivotal role in launching new platforms and optimizing marketing performance.
The Impact You’ll Make
Introduce and activate new products on websites based on files from the global team.
Verify the presence and accuracy of products on the Own Store platform.
Coordinate with colleagues in IT, Marketing, and Product regarding product implementation.
Match product availability to campaign schedules.
Manage risk and crisis communication related to inventory and stock.
Communicate regularly with the external logistics company and the Fulfilment Manager, including reporting and synchronization of actions.
Participate in CRM campaigns such as Mother’s Day, brand anniversaries, and summer sales.
Create assets in collaboration with the agency, including banners, graphics, and landing pages.
Plan and execute Paid Search and affiliate campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance in Google Analytics.
Budget and optimize Paid Media, affiliate programs, and content marketing.
Conduct UX tests and analyze the customer purchase journey.
Coordinate actions related to the platform launch.
Participate in tests, content migrations, and user experience enhancements.
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
Higher degree of education
5 + years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce field earned in a similar size company
Working experience in managing own e-commerce store in Business to Consumer field is a must
Practical knowledge of launching new e-commerce platforms / websites / apps
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools)
Working experience with MS Office package
Experience running paid and affiliate campaigns
Stakeholder Management skills
Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage projects in a cross-functional model
Analytical and organizational skills – working with historical data, reporting, action optimization
Proficiency in both English and Polish
