E-commerce Setup & Operations

• Set up and manage platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.
• List products, write descriptions, manage pricing & policies.
• Track orders, coordinate logistics and returns.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Maintain stock records across platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers, handle packaging, procurement.

Marketing & Branding

• Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google.
• Create content, reels, stories for daily promotion.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and sales.

Social Media Management

• Daily posting, engagement, and follower growth.
• Reply to customer queries/comments.
• Collaborate with influencers and build brand identity.

Reporting & Analysis

• Weekly performance reports on sales, marketing spend, ROI.
• Identify what’s working and optimize.
