Position Description As our intern, you'll be immersed in optimizing the UX of our core mini-program store product, working closely with cross-functional teams and supplier, and gaining hands-on experience from UX development to launch. Responsibilities User Research & Data Analysis:Assist in researching user behavior and needs to inform UX improvements. Documentation Support: Help create detailed PRDs for UX features, ensuring clear guidance for developers. Development & Project Tracking:Support to monitor progress, communicate with developers to resolve UX issues, and ensure smooth implementation. Benchmark & Analysis: Study industry benchmark to bring innovative ideas to our UX optimization. Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback from social media, analyze data and feedback to assess optimization outcomes, and inform future improvements. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or master's student in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related fields. Interest & Knowledge: Passion for UX design with foundational UX knowledge. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical thinking and ability to address issues from a user perspective. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with prototyping tools like Axure and Sketch. Communication & Teamwork:Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Learning Ability: Eagerness to learn and grow in practical settings. Preferred: Knowledge of the mini-program ecosystem and store operation models. Internship duration: 3-4 days per week for 6 months
