Summary

Position: E-Commerce & Direct Sales Account Executive

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reporting to: Marketing Manager


Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional to manage direct sales through calls and our e-commerce platforms. The candidate will handle all incoming quotations, follow up with clients, ensure timely delivery from the warehouse, and take ownership of achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge in electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building materials, and a high level of responsiveness and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming sales inquiries via calls and online platforms
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations to close sales efficiently
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Maintain direct communication with clients until order completion and satisfaction
  • Track daily sales activities and update reports for management review
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital sales performance
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell to clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues
  • Assist in achieving departmental monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in electrical, plumbing, or building materials
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools, WhatsApp Business, and CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up on multiple clients simultaneously
  • High energy, sales-driven mindset, and commitment to exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
