The Junior Developer will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications, web-apps, and commerce platforms using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Magento, Python, Java, jQuery, Node.js, CSS, HTML, and Flutter. They will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence both internally and externally by building innovative, user-centric solutions that streamline business operations and improve the user experience. The role includes developing and optimizing our Magento Commerce platform, creating efficient frontend designs, solving UX challenges, and ensuring continuous improvement of our systems. Role And Responsibility

Magento Development:

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Magento Commerce platform, including troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and ensuring performance improvements.
  
  

Frontend Development & User Experience

• Collaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing frontend code, enhancing user experience through seamless shopping journeys and user-focused design.
  
  

Website Optimization

• Optimize website performance by improving load speeds, optimizing images, implementing SEO best practices, and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers.
  
  

Application & Mobile Development

• Develop, test, and deploy applications, web-apps, and mobile applications using technologies such as Python, Java, jQuery, Node.js, CSS, HTML, Flutter, and Microsoft Power Platform to streamline operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
  
  

Visualization & Reporting

• Build, test, and develop reporting dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Qlik, and ManageEngine Analytics to deliver actionable business insights from various data sources.
  
  

Existing System Maintenance

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing applications, workflows, and systems within the business and its subsidiaries.
  
  

Problem Solving & Debugging

• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues, troubleshoot and debug systems, and ensure effective resolutions are implemented.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product managers, graphic designers, marketing teams, and external partners to deliver software projects that meet business requirements on time.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Code Reviews

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge, and conduct thorough QA testing for functionality, performance, and responsiveness.
  
  

Documentation

• Assist in documenting system processes, procedures, and changes, while maintaining a robust log of issues and updates.
  
  

Technical Proficiency

• Leverage familiarity with APIs, PIM systems, payment gateway interfaces, and mobile application development as needed.
