Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SharePoint systems according to client requirements. Implement, deploy, and maintain new SharePoint sites.
- Build landing pages, subsites, banners and collaborate with JPI design team on graphics.
- Create web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
- Develop workflows using the SharePoint / Power Apps product suite.
- Build scalable web applications, leverage OOTB solutions, write and modify code, debug software and/or identify solutions for SharePoint sites.
- Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, or Bootstrap.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
- Support user acceptance testing for migration to SharePoint Online environments from on-prem sites utilized by the clients.
- Lead and/or facilitate meetings and working groups geared toward the development of SharePoint solutions that address the needs of stakeholders across the client space, including military and civilian workforces.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data to provide informed guidance/recommendations for SharePoint and web development, related to organizational strategy and project/program management.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel, while having the ability to provide coaching to senior leadership and/or client personnel.
- Provide support to senior clients in the management of project timelines and risk identification for multiple initiatives as they relate to strategic planning, change management, business transformation, and communications.
- Contribute to development and revision of both new and existing job aids that support clients and contractor support teams on use and navigation of SharePoint.
- Contribute to and manage the development of best practices for technological change management, communications, and implementation plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing business workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Deep expertise in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and web services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Experience using Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and dashboard development.
- Proven success in leading and delivering client-facing solutions from concept to completion, including project plans, SharePoint sites, and websites for high-visibility initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication and messaging to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
