Company Overview

BLACKROC is working with a government-focused enterprise on a major transformation project. We’re recruiting an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join their established team and build scalable, robust, and secure solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

Role Purpose

In this role, you will take ownership of key systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions and contributing to a high-performing Agile delivery environment. Your experience across the .NET stack and Azure cloud services will help shape the technical direction of critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Develop and maintain C# plugins and JavaScript-based customisations
• Translate functional specifications into technical deliverables
• Implement DevOps best practices and maintain quality documentation
• Collaborate with architects and project stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and ensure technical consistency

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• C#, JavaScript, PowerAutomate expertise
• Strong DevOps and Agile experience
• Familiarity with .NET and modern design patterns

Desirable

• Web API, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Azure knowledge
• Experience with government or justice sector applications
