Supervise and mentor staff
Serve as an escalation resource
8+ years’ experience implementing and using Microsoft CRM/D365 Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience with Microsoft CRM/D365 Sales and understanding of sales, lead-to-opportunity, opportunity management, pipeline reporting, and analytics based selling processes
Understanding of methods and tools used to customize and extend CRM business solutions
Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Possess strong decision making and time management skills
Ability to work in and help lead small teams
